At Gifts and Munchies, every box is curated with care and packed to delight. Because our products include perishable items and personalized touches, we maintain the following return policy:

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our curated snack boxes which include perishable items, limited-edition products, and personalized packaging—we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your box arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or partial credit at our discretion.

  • We’ll respond within 1–2 business days

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and box selection before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or buyer’s remorse.

Personalized Boxes

Boxes with custom engraving (names or messages) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
